Sausage and Peppers over Elbow Mac

1 pkg of hot italian sausage or sweet your preference
2 red and green peppers
2 onions
2 cans of whole tomatoes
1 can of tomatoe sauce
1 box of elbow mac

Boil the sausage to get fat out
Brown sausage in frying pan cook well when done cut in 1 or 2 inch slices fry peppers and onions same pan
whole tomatoes crush by hand add tomatoe sauce salt and pepper to taste
and a dash of chili powder
put all back in frying pan simmer for 40 mins
pour over elbows

serve with salad
