Candied Sweet Potatoes

4 or 5 medium size sweet potatoes
brown sugar
butter
orange juice
marshmallows

peel sweet potatoes
put in a pot and cover with water
bring them to a boil crack the pot lid so the water does not spill out of the pot
this should take about a half hour
test potatoes with a fork to make sure they are soft
if soft empty into a strainer
let potatoes cool
cut potatoes in slices place in glass baking dish
top potatoes with 4 pats of butter
sprinkle brown sugar on top
add a dash of orange juice
top with marshmallows
bake at 400 till marshmallows brown
